Occupational educator, occupational pedagogue, occupational therapist as vocational trainer f/m/d in vocational rehabilitation

The professional training centre Rhein-Neckar offers annual vocational rehabilitation measures in 10 cities throughout Germany for more than 1,600 customers. We encourage and support you and your approx. 190 Colleagues: people with psychological limitations from different fields of work individually in the regain of basic skills and in the reorientation of work. We are part of the SRH – a leading provider of education and health services with 17,000 employees. SRH operates private universities, educational centres, schools and hospitals. For our new location in Karlsruhe we are looking for a work educator, work pedagogues or occupational actor as a professional trainer w/m/d in full or part-time. As a professional trainer w/m/d, you support individual people with psychological limitations from different professional fields in the regain of basic working skills, the expansion of daily loadability and the reorientation of the profession. The aim is to provide sufficient stability and suitability for continuing vocational rehabilitation.

Completed training as a work educator:in, work pedagogue:in, ergotherapeut:in Training and professional experience in a training profession (commercial, IT, services, craftsmen) Experience in working with people with psychological limitations Knowledge of working diagnosis Very good German knowledge (C1, European reference framework) Founded MS Office knowledge
