HR Business Partner (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

In your function, you play a central role in holistic personnel work for our work in Runkel. You are part of the local factory management and are supported by a small HR team at the site. They advise employees and executives in all personal questions and accompany them along the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to exit. They actively contribute to the development and optimization of HR standards and processes and work closely with the central corporate functions as well as in cross-site projects. They analyse relevant HR key figures and derive targeted measures, including annual personnel and training planning. They maintain constructive and trusting cooperation with the works council and are responsible for the development and negotiation of business agreements.

This distinguishes you:

You have successfully completed your economic studies with a focus on staff or a comparable qualification. They bring at least five years of professional experience in a similar position, preferably in a waste industry. They have a well-founded knowledge of labour and collective law, like in the collective agreement metal and electrical industry and experience in cooperation with works councils. Ideally, you have already worked with a personal management system such as SAP or Workday. Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing complete your profile.
