These are your tasks: Master data maintenance:

• Installation of master data of new machines and spare parts in the SAP system.
• Close cooperation with the engineering team and purchasing for the care and documentation of all master data.
• Responsibility for adapting and expanding the equipment in SAP PM.

2. Maintenance:

• preparation of maintenance plans and development of maintenance strategies.
• Identification of potential for improvement and support for continuous development.

3. Replacement part management (representation):

• Securing and managing the spare parts.
• Optimization of spare parts management to achieve a demand-oriented stock.
• Responsibility for the risk management of spare parts for all production plants.
• Examination, commissioning and provision of materials.

Take this with you:

• Successfully completed technical training or a comparable qualification.
• Multiannual professional experience in maintenance.
• Finded knowledge of machine master data, spare parts management and storage systems.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems, ideally SAP.
• Secure knowledge of German and basic knowledge in English
