As a team leader (m/w/x) in Hamm, you take responsibility for processes and culture - with clarity, motivation and a look forward. The position is limited to 2 years, but offers a long-term perspective. Are you on it?

Your tasks Leadership with responsibility: You are leading a team of around 30 employees, in the season your range of responsibility grows to up to 60 colleagues. You can create an environment in which cooperation and performance go hand in hand. Structured process control: planning and organization of daily operations in picking and shuttle area - efficient, predictive and smooth. Safety and quality: ensuring compliance with all safety and KPT requirements to ensure a responsible and stable work area. Discipline leadership: You take the personnel responsibility for your team - with fairness, clarity and the ability to act binding even in challenging situations. Performance in mind: monitoring relevant KPIs and active implementation of improvement measures - focusing on quality, efficiency and sustainable results. Team-oriented cooperation: You are part of a strong leadership team, working closely with other team leaders: both together and advance joint goals.

Your profile Experience & Motivation: First leadership experience or high willingness to grow into a responsible role Expertise: Enthusiasm for Logistics, Organizational and Hands-on-Mentiality Language skills: Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English Working time model: willingness to work in the 2-shift system (spring/spring) and on every second Saturday in the season Soft Skills: Sovereign appearance, team spirit, readiness for change and clear communication
