In this role, you support the transformation of our growing group of companies with around 10,000 employees from a self-developed ERP system on SAP S/4 HANA. As an in-house consultant, you are specialized in logistic auditing. Advising the specialist departments in the field of logistic audit: You support the specialist departments in the analysis of existing processes in the field of logistic auditing and develop innovative concepts for optimizing and digitizing these processes. In doing so, you attach particular importance to the integration of the audit (MM-IV) with the FI (financial accounting) modules and SD (distribution). Customizing and System Adaptation: You configure the SAP system with a focus on the logistic audit. This includes the establishment and adaptation of processes for the audit and booking of input invoices in module MM (Material Management) and their integration into financial accounting and sales processes. Development of solutions for the logistic audit: You design and implement solutions to optimize the logistic audit. These include, inter alia, the automation of audit processes, the processing of credits, the coordination of goods inputs with invoices and the recognition and treatment of price and quantity deviations. Interface management: In close cooperation with the FI, SD, MM modules and other relevant systems, ensure that the logistic audit processes are seamlessly integrated into the overall system landscape. You ensure smooth data transmission between the modules and ensure a consistent process chain from the order to the receipt of goods to the invoice control. Project work: Working in cross-departmental projects, from requirement analysis to implementation. You take responsibility for the implementation of challenges in the context of logistical auditing in SAP. Support and operation: You provide 2nd level support and ensure the smooth operation of the logistic audit. This includes the analysis and elimination of problems and the implementation of regular system checks. Documentation and training: Creation and maintenance of documentation and implementation of user training. Strategic development: Observation of market and technology developments in the field of logistical audit. You develop proposals for continuous improvement and adaptation to new requirements.

Complete studies in business informatics, business management or comparable qualifications. Multiannual experience in the field of SAP FI, ideally focusing on the logistic audit. Finded knowledge in customizing the relevant modules. Experience in the implementation of processes of logistical auditing with consideration of the impact in the MM/SD Organisation and management of a subproject Analytical thinking, independent working and pronounced communication skills.
