Development and implementation of procurement strategies for defined procurement clusters Responsibility for supplier strategy, supplier portfolio and continuous supplier development Selection, qualification, evaluation and development of national and international suppliers Identification of new procurement markets, supply sources and optimization potentials Implementation of market, competition, cost and risk analyses Leadership of price, contract and framework contract negotiations Development and implementation of bundling, standardization and cost optimization measures Development of make-or-buy concepts in cooperation with the departments Purchasing partners for projects within the responsible procurement cluster Support of project teams in supplier and procurement decisions Control of strategic escalations within the responsible supplier portfolio Implementation of supplier reviews and performance reviews Continuous further development of the supplier base and implementation of sustainable improvement measures Working in interdisciplinary and international procurement and optimization projects

Successfully completed studies in the field of economic engineering, business management, supply chain management or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in strategic purchasing, category management or a comparable function, ideally in machine or plant engineering Detectable successes in strategic negotiations and in the development of suppliers Embossed technical and business understanding and entrepreneurial thinking Analytical, structured and solution-oriented operation with high self-responsibility Impressed communication and enforcement strength Communication and enforcement strength as well as safe occurrence to internal and external stakeholders Safe handling of ERP systems and MS Office English knowledge in word and writing
