Senior Customer Success Manager (m/f/d)

Full support and strategic advice of our existing customers throughout the entire project with the aim of a long-term and successful customer relationship.

Individually responsible management and coordination of complex customer projects including customer meetings, status discussions and coordination with relevant stakeholders.

Examination, preparation and quality assurance of project-related documents as well as commercial data and ensuring a timely processing.

Close cooperation with Finance, Controlling, Management and other internal departments for the successful implementation of our customer projects.

Analysis of customer needs and identification of further funding and business potentials within existing customer relationships.

Professional support of your customers through complex processes and positioning as a trusting business partner at management level.

Active co-design and optimization of internal processes and support in the further development of the customer success area.

Successfully completed studies or a commercial training with corresponding professional experience.

At least five years of professional experience in customer success management, project management, consulting or a comparable customer-oriented function.

Experience in the independent control of complex customer projects and in stakeholder management.

Extensive understanding of business relationships, business processes and data-based decisions.

Secure appearance to customers, executives and decision-makers as well as strong communication strength.

Structured, analytical and self-responsive operation with high organisational and prioritization capability.

High customer and service orientation as well as the ability to convey complex facts in a comprehensible and solution-oriented manner.

Very good German knowledge (C2) as well as very good MS Office skills, especially Excel.
