Your tasks – Designs The technical future of modern buildings Bring technical visions to life! Are you ready to lead sophisticated construction projects that set standards for energy efficiency, comfort and sustainability? As a project manager (m/w/d) TGA, you take a key role in the realization of innovative office and residential properties and, together with the project manager, make sure that the technical systems interact perfectly. Your tasks in detail: Strategic head with overall technical responsibility: You run the TGA (HLSK and/or electrical engineering) over all phases of the project – from planning to execution – and are responsible for internal and external partners Customer retention: You accompany our clients as a reliable technical contact (m/w/d) and create confidence through transparent communication and solution-oriented action Teamleader (m/w/d) You lead the TGA project teams involved and ensure quality, timeliness and economic goals. Promote professional development and a strong team culture Coordination professional: You control internal and external specialist engineers, subcontractors and authorities. In combination with the building you are responsible for a functioning interface management Economic Stratege: You keep an eye on the technical and economic development of the TGA plants, check calculations and make informed decisions for a secure project execution Quality Management (m/w/d): You monitor the execution of the TGA installations, ensure compliance with all requirements and accompany the successful commissioning of the technical systems Experte (m/w/d) in detail: You support the selection, evaluation and award of TGA subcontractors and bring your expertise into technical coordination, variant comparisons and optimizations

Successfully completed studies or technicians / Master (m/w/d) in the fields of supply technology, building technology, electrical engineering, energy technology or a comparable field of expertise Multiannual professional experience in the TGA project management or construction management (HLSK / E-Technik) in the new building or in stock Good knowledge of VOB, contracting, calculation and technical building design Funded knowledge in handling certificates and tests (ESG, DGNB, BNB, LEAD, TPTC, LEAN etc.) Communication strength and enforcement capability as well as clear, solution-oriented communication Organizational design, structured working and a good understanding of technical details Passion for modern building technology and pleasure in implementing energy-efficient and sustainable solutions in the team Be part of the success story at GOLDBECK.
