As a Solution Specialist, you contribute to the digital and smart logistics of tomorrow! Specifically, as an internal product specialist, you solve technical challenges in customer systems and support your technical expertise in projects. In detail, your tasks are as follows: As a specialist for our LYDIA Voice soft and hardware, you analyze log files, investigate customer problems and take measures to find suitable solutions. They perform configuration adjustments and test them, independently or together with the customer. Together with the project management, the customer and the software development, you analyze causes, evaluate them and discuss and implement further measures. They support customers in the context of commissioning, integration tests, WLAN illuminations and problem analyses. They set up customer systems and roll out software updates. They work out technical concepts and solutions based on customer requirements.

You have a completed training or a completed study with IT focus or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you have already gained first professional experience that matches our definition of a Solution Specialist. A plus is the basic knowledge of the following areas that you contribute to your new role: Android, Network (in particular WLAN), Windows & Linux Server. They are strong in communication, appreciate the dynamic project world and drive things forward - alone and also in the team. You are happy to travel to customers, both within Germany and internationally. Your profile is rounded off by good knowledge of German and English.
