The Federal Real Estate Agency (BImA) is the real estate service provider of the federal government, which supports the immobility policy objectives of the federal government and provides the necessary areas and buildings for almost all federal authorities. Our Facility Management division builds, operates and manages a complex portfolio with exciting and versatile objects – from the ministries in Berlin and Bonn, through federal courts and research institutions to the customs, federal police, the federal army or the German Federal Institute of Technical Relief (THW). Qualification: completed (special)higher education (Bachelor or Diploma), preferably in the fields of business, real estate, industrial engineering, finance or comparable qualification Competences: as practical experience or sound knowledge as possible in real estate / property management sound knowledge and practical experience in the use of IT standard applications (Microsoft Office) Knowledge in SAP ERP 6.0 is desirable or the willingness to acquire knowledge in SAP-based BALIMA in the short term Further requirements: Ability to Economic Thinking and Acting, Cooperation and Teamwork Reliability, persuasion and negotiation skills safe occurrence and ability to work quickly into changing tasks Car driver's license (class B) and willingness to travel (also as a self-driver)
