(Junior) Account Manager IT (m/d)

in full time (39 hours/week) As a communications talent you take over the distribution of customer-specific IT solutions from the project and service business of TELCAT MULTICOM GmbH. They support the sales team throughout the region. You will operate targeted new customer acquisitions and identify sales potentials for existing customers. They take over the acquisition process from contact initiation to customer presentation and offer creation to successful completion. They maintain your customer base and develop existing customer relationships. They take over the qualification, structuring and processing of external and internal sales requests. Furthermore, you will first have a sponsorship and later independently conduct negotiations until the successful conclusion.

You have a successfully completed commercial or technical vocational training or a comparable degree. They are interested in modern IT solutions and ideally have first knowledge about IT infrastructure, switching and routing, ITSEC in the context of firewall and SBC. You have first knowledge in building client server infrastructures and MS 365 products. In addition, you have fun at customer contact and sales is your passion. As a team player (w/m/d) you will delight customers and colleagues alike.
