You understand “Operative Procurement” as your contribution to decisively shape the success of the company in terms of delivery, reliability and quality. They are responsible for the operational product group and supplier management for reference and commercial goods, purchased components & semi-finished parts as well as external services (extended workbench and surface/coating) They communicate proactively with our suppliers to ensure a smooth supply of our central warehouse and production facilities with external goods and services They coordinate delivery dates, availability and demand developments from our suppliers, recognize supply gaps or bottlenecks and conduct independent and proactive countermeasures or solutions You check the need for plausibility, capture the previous development, analyze significant changes and create key figures/monitoring for the optimization of availability, stocks, lot sizes and ranges They design and improve operational procurement processes in cooperation with all relevant interfaces
