In order to strengthen our team of E.DIS Netz GmbH, we are looking for a working student Innovation Management (m/w/d) at the Potsdam or Fürstenwalde site at the next possible time.

The challenges of decarbonisation, decentralisation and digitization are ubiquitous and lead to a fundamentally altered decentralised energy system. As E.DIS, we want to actively accompany this change with innovations, digital solutions and smart processes. We therefore want to strengthen our area of digital technologies, innovations and process management. We are looking for you as a working student - ideally for a longer term for a period of up to two years with a weekly working time of up to 20 hours. Your requirements and tasks as a working student in this unit include:

You develop creative ideas independently and implement innovative communication and marketing measures with enthusiasm. With your commitment, you support the “Digital Technologies, Innovation & Process Management” field creatively and communicatively. Creating and maintaining content in the E.ON-wide social intranet is an exciting task for you in the daily business. You plan, organize and design community events that take place in inspiring locations such as Berlin coworking spaces. You have the opportunity to work temporarily in Berlin, Potsdam or Fürstenwalde, which ensures a change. Events and workshops can be staged with your photographic talent. With your writing style, you’ll write appealing articles and texts and create convincing presentations.

You are a student* in a specialist or university, ideally in the fields of communication, marketing, management or a comparable degree program. You have a talent to express yourself clearly and precisely and to present complex facts in a comprehensible way. Your communication strength, enthusiasm and creativity are yours. You master MS Office and bring experience in dealing with image and film processing programs. Your curiosity on new things and your passion to connect people are your driving forces. We want to plan with you as a working student for a long term - probably for 2 years.
