As a transmission system operator, we secure the power supply for around eleven million people in Baden-Württemberg. We create the infrastructure for the energy transition by maintaining, optimizing and expanding the high-voltage network according to needs. With our network, we not only make the country an innovative power turntable in the heart of Europe, but also make the energy system of the future significant. The key component for redesigning the energy system is the large power bridges that will transport the electricity from renewable energies from north to south in the future. In this position, you control and coordinate our team “GIS data management” and take over the planning and control within our major projects (e.g. SüdLink). You are responsible for the communication and regular reporting to the management of the central content management department. In this course you are also our technical interface with other specialist teams and subproject coordinators. You regularly organize and moderate internal team meetings for coordination and assignment. Last but not least, you promote the professional development of the team members.

You have a (special) college degree as a civil engineer or architect or have a comparable professional degree. You have several years of professional experience as well as a well-founded knowledge of standards and legislation and are familiar with the recognised rules of technology in the field of construction technology. You have experience in planning, tendering and execution of construction projects. You are safe to use the current MS Office products and ideally bring knowledge of CAD applications such as AutoCad, Revit or Ä. You are ready for occasional missions within Baden-Württemberg.

The perfect basis for this role is your studies in geoinformatics, geography, urban and regional planning, data science (or a comparable qualification). This foundation expands with a sound project management experience, ideally from large projects with a technical focus. You are distinguished by a strong understanding of content, document and data management as well as relevant standards. In addition, you are also versed in handling interface functions and in cooperation with key users and method teams. You are strong in communication, have experience in reporting and in the professional guidance of teams and can safely moderate change processes and thus advance the transformations with a clear target image.
