For our clients, we are looking for a Payroll specialist / fee calculator (m/w/d), who is responsible for a payroll accounting (for about 300 MA) independently and also works on the optimization of the accounting processes at the holding level. Our client is an internationally established, growing group of companies (over 1,200 MA) from the industrial environment with a medium-sized culture. Own implementation of the timely and correct pay bill for around 300 employees (partly in the multilayer system) Processing of all accounting personnel operations taking into account tax, social insurance and labour law requirements (excluding time management) Contact person:for employees and managers in all questions concerning pay billing, social security and pay tax Communication with health insurance companies, authorities, social security institutions and other external bodies, as well as the creation of certificates, evaluations and personal documents Close cooperation with HR and Finance as well as the lead in optimising payroll processes and administrative processes

Completed commercial training or studies, ideally with training in the field of pay billing, personnel or wage accounting Multiannual practical experience in the independent implementation of the pay bill Good knowledge of pay tax, social security and labour law Safe handling of common HR and billing systems as well as good Excel skills Structured, careful and self-responsible operation
