Head of Corporate IT (m/f/d)

IT-Ownership & Governance: You are responsible for GuideCom's internal IT with Digital Workplace and Infrastructure & Security. Empowerment & Leadership: You lead and develop your interdisciplinary team professionally and disciplinefully. You promote individual strengths, combine different competencies and support your team in demanding professional issues. High-Performance Infrastructure: You are responsible for providing a powerful and scalable IT landscape, ensuring reliable and secure operation and continuously developing it. Vision & Roadmap: You develop the strategy and target for IT services in line with our corporate goals and translate it into clear priorities, realistic roadmaps and concrete measures. Designer of the transformation: You initiate and conduct transformation projects to effectively implement the GuideCom strategy. Technical excellence: You control the technical development of our infrastructure and Microsoft-365 landscape. You judge technical concepts, meet well-founded decisions and make sustainable solutions from design to operation. Strategic advice: You advise the Executive Board, executives and departments on technical possibilities, investments and risks and create a sound basis for decisions. Efficiency through innovation: Improving IT methods and processes and using new technologies such as AI specifically to make IT services and internal workflows more effective and efficient.

You bring more than ten years of professional experience in IT, as well as experience in the management and development of teams with different specialist focuses. You think IT strategic, develop sustainable target images and set clear priorities. You combine business objectives with technological possibilities and requirements for IT governance and compliance. You bring technical depth into IT infrastructure, IT services and digital workplace as well as well as profound experience in reliable and secure IT operations. You evaluate new technologies according to their concrete benefits and make them usable for better services and workflows. You drive transformations and connect the development of IT landscapes, services and processes with economic benefits and user needs. You combine leadership with operational proximity: In demanding questions, you enter professionally, meet informed decisions and accompany their implementation. You can safely move between technical disciplines, disciplines and board: You make complex relationships understandable and gain people for common goals and sustainable decisions.
