You are a frame builder - you love to set the way for projects so that we all speak the same language You are project manager & Feuerwehmann - you take over challenging global IT projects, in case of cases also adhoc You are process optimiser- you analyze our (IT) processes and bring this to a new level You are a strategy co-designer - with organizational development, requesting, tool evaluations and process harmonisation, you bring your expertise You are coach - you develop project managers and project participants methodically and technically

A completed study in Computer Science, Business Informatics, BWL or a comparable field - or well-founded practical experience in IT project management that speaks for itself Safe handling of classic and agile methods such as PRINCE2, PMP, Serum, Kanban or SAFe - certificates are cool, even more important is your ability to apply methods really effectively High IT affinity: You understand technical relationships and know what successful digitization projects are - from requirements to architecture to change enablement Communication strength, empathy and a healthy hands-on mentality - you explain complex topics in a comprehensible way, promote common learning and bring the right people together Very good knowledge of German and English (C1)
