Operation, maintenance and monitoring of the processing plant for raw materials production Maintenance, maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment Monitoring of production processes to ensure constant product quality Analysis of faults and troubleshooting to minimize downtime Optimizing workflows and processes to increase efficiency Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and environmental requirements Documentation of operating data and maintenance measures

Complete vocational training in the technical field, ideally for preparation or industrial mechanic, mechanical engineering or related discipline Ideally experience in the production of raw materials or in the operation of machinery and equipment Technical understanding and high affinity for machinery and equipment Responsibility and team skills readiness for shiftwork and, where appropriate, for special operations
