To build the first, completely virtualized mobile network in Europe, we are looking for a ''Program Manager (w/m/d)'' in Düsseldorf to strengthen our Deployment/Rollout area. In this position, you are responsible for the design, installation, planning and implementation of mission-critical, cross-functional projects in the rollout context with the following contents: Definition, dimensioning/budgeting and planning of projects with C-level priority ''within time/quality/cost'' Lateral management of cross-functional project teams with clear responsibilities Ensuring a uniform understanding of project objectives, planning and expected results Close monitoring and reporting Coordination in close coordination with senior stakeholders and implementation of stringent governance in the partner and supplier ecosystem for project success Active Management of Stakeholder Expectations and Collection of Decisions where necessary Identification, assessment and mitigation management of risks and interventions in the case of blockages and issues Active management of internal and external dependencies and implementation of project specifications Establishing control processes and closing process gaps (e.g. in the field of co-use projects, or in transfer to operation)

In addition to a successfully completed study relevant to the task, we look forward to the following knowledge and characteristics: Experience as project manager with regard to the design, planning and implementation of projects through different organizational units Experience in dealing with teams in peak situations High earnings orientation, enforcement ability Analytical and Communicative Strength and Pragmatic Approach Ability to communicate and act sovereignly with C levels Experience as group or department manager in the line helpful Very good knowledge of German and English indispensable
