Project Manager Project Management Office (m/f/d)

Support for the creation of the project/project planning (Project Structure, WBS, quantitative framework, schedule, resource distribution) Monitoring compliance with the planning, as well as proposal and introduction of corrective measures in case of target/actual deviation in coordination with the associated program/project Ensuring scheduling in coordination with the project management Support for proactive risk and opportunity management with the introduction of risk mitigation or prevention measures Creation and presentation of transparent reports and forecasts, as well as monthly programme reports Definition and collection of the data needed to run the programme (integrated project planning) Contributions to the control and monitoring of technical-economic project execution with the focus on costs, performance/work progress and cost optimization Project Reviews support for implementation including actions

Completed studies preferably in the field of engineering, economics, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification Multiannual, well-founded experience in a comparable role, ideally in complex and dynamic environments deep knowledge of project and risk management as well as safe handling of PMO-relevant planning tools such as MS Office, MS Project and SAP; Experience with RiMiS is beneficial Impressive ability to detect deviations at an early stage, to analyse them accurately and to initiate proactively appropriate measures Detectable successes in the economic and cost-efficient management of projects, change processes and risks Excellent communication and team skills as well as convincing competence in conflict resolution and stakeholder management Very good knowledge of German and English that allows for sovereign and effective communication at all levels
