Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Dresden As a senior coordinator:in our facility management team (FM), you support the current plant operation and ensure smooth operations of maintenance and material supply processes. They support service provider alerts and take over coordination with external hazardous substances, while also ensuring the professional instruction of external partners through process documentation or training. They monitor and provide compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for hazardous materials and hazardous goods management including Hazardous material storage and transport safe, working closely with departments such as procurement, logistics, quality management, HSE and the external FM operator. In this context, you accompany the implication of feed processes (for chemicals & gases) to operators and optimize them in the operating business, as well as take over the data management for hazardous substances and support the warehouse management and determination of the storage areas according to TRGS 510. They act as a central contact person and 1st level support to external partners. In addition, you work on problem solutions and process improvements together with the local logistics experts or via central support channels, ensure the master data quality in the Facility Management (FCM) area and deal with cross-sectional topics at the relevant system interfaces (SAP, CAFM). They prepare the rollout of SAP S/4HANA for facility management and maintenance topics. Take a consultancy function within the FCM department and the local SAP organization and actively contribute to the further expansion of our factory. With your practical experience and extensive theoretical knowledge, you can get into our dynamic, modern work environment and use creative spaces as well as the Bosch network to implement innovative approaches.

Education: completed training with further training to the farmer / technician (e.g. GEFMA) or studies with focus on facility management, logistics or comparable areas experience and know-how: multiannual professional experience in facility management, ideally in the semiconductor environment or comparable industries, practical experience in hazardous materials logistics or as a hazardous goods officer desirable; well-founded knowledge in the field of facility management as well as the associated maintenance and logistics processes, technical affinity for innovative IT tools and enthusiasm for agile work in a cross-sectional function with external and internal partners, pronounced process understanding and practical experience in service provider management (control & coordination) and experience in handling hazardous materials, active application of SAP (in particular experience in SAP PM) and CAFM solutions Personality: reliable, durable, communication-strong, analytically thinking, creative and innovative Working method: independent, independent and solution-oriented Languages: very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
