You warmly and personally welcome our guests according to the highest Kempinski standards and, from the very first moment, ensure a sense of arriving and well-being You take over the luggage of our guests and bring it efficiently and carefully to the rooms – always with the aim of ensuring a smooth and pleasant journey When you accompany the rooms, you will explain the hotel facilities to our guests – especially first-visitors – and give a brief introduction to the facilities of the room Frequent guests receive a personal conversation at eye level You take care of individual concerns of our guests and forward specific wishes or questions reliably to the relevant departments. If necessary, you will take on a professional follow-up to ensure highest customer satisfaction You will pick up the luggage of our guests upon departure and store it safely and ordered in our luggage compartment until departure In the lobby you are present as a visible contact person and offer active support – especially if guests carry their luggage themselves

You convince with your open and friendly way and have an eye for detail You work team-oriented You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing You have a class B driving licence
