We are looking for you as a dedicated home technician (m/w/d) to ensure that everything is running around our premises and that our buildings, plants and outer surfaces are always in the best condition. In this role, you’ll see with craftsmanship, technical understanding and a good view for order that everything works with us – both inside and outside.

Your tasks

• Maintenance and maintenance of technical equipment and systems (e.g. heating, ventilation, air conditioning, lighting)
• Repair work and quick repair of technical malfunctions
• Monitoring and control of building infrastructure and technical equipment
• Implementation of safety tests and quality controls
• Coordination of external service providers and craftsmen at major repairs
• documentation of maintenance and repair work
• Support for restructuring and renovations within the company

That's what you bring

• Complete training in a craft or technical profession (e.g. electricians, mechatronics, plant mechanics)
• Experience in the field of home technology, maintenance or facility management
• Handicraft skills and a solution-oriented method
• Good knowledge of building infrastructure and technology
• Standing for technical training (e.g. training for the Sprinklerwart)
• Reliability and team capability
• Flexibility and willingness to work even outside regular working hours
• Class B licence
