We are looking Account Manager (m/w/d)

Complete processing of current financial accounting including Creditor, debitor, plant and banking bookings in the ERP system

Examination, coordination and maintenance of all accounts and control of booking operations

Creation and timely transmission of sales tax pre-registrations and summaries

Preparation of monthly and annual accounts in cooperation with the tax advisor

Creation of open-post lists, evaluations, statistics and reporting for management and parent company

settlement of payment transactions and booking of salaries and social security contributions

Deputy payroll accounting

Completed commercial vocational training with further training on the audited account holder or comparable qualification

Multiannual professional experience in financial accounting, ideally focusing on creditor and asset accounting

Secure handling of DATEV as well as common ERP systems and routined use of MS Excel

You work independently, structured and detailed and keep an overview even at time printing

High reliability, sense of responsibility and pleasure in team work
