Then our service team supports spare parts management and collect valuable practical experience alongside your studies. DARAUF HAS DU LUST In the daily business of spare parts management, you support the creation of offers and the processing of claims and complaints

Together with our service coordinators, you participate in the customer service's spare parts supply and assist in the analysis of spare parts needs

Customer, service and spare parts data and document carefully in our CRM system

When compiling spare parts packages and coordinating logistics processes and oil analyses, you actively support the team

In addition, you help with the management of warranty parts, special tools and tool holdings and bring you a variety of organizational tasks in the service area

THE WHICH WE UNS You are immatriculated in a technical, economic or comparable course of study

Ideally, you have already gained first practical experience in customer service, logistics or in a technical environment

You work carefully, structured and reliable.
