They support the data protection officer in the performance of the statutory tasks in accordance with Art. 39 GDPR. You are responsible for the monitoring and compliance of the GDPR, other applicable data protection regulations and the strategies of the controller or processor for the protection of personal data. You are also responsible for raising awareness and training of employees involved in the processing operations. They take over the examinations of departments, companies and service providers. They advise in connection with the Privacy Policy Assessment and its implementation. Art. 35 GDPR, also in the AI field. They support cooperation with the Data Protection Supervisor. In connection with data protection complaints by members and customers, you support the Data Protection Officer in replying. You evaluate the relevance of new data protection acts and make derivations for the task of the data protection officer.

They have completed university studies in law (1st and 2nd State Exams) with multiannual professional experience, ideally in data protection, and/or have a training as a data protection officer with multiannual legal professional experience. Furthermore, you have good knowledge of IT, IT security and audit experience in data protection. Ideally, you already have experiences with artificial intelligence and project management. A safe occurrence, a quick understanding and your communication strength complete your profile. An independent and solution-oriented way of working is characterized by you.
