Senior Network Security Engineer (m/f/d)

Palo Alto Deep Dive: You take over the technical management, planning and implementation of complex security and firewall projects – especially with Palo Alto (Strata, Prisma, Panorama). Architecture & Design: You develop modern network and security architectures such as segmentation or zero-trust models and lead existing infrastructures into the next generation world. Hands-on Troubleshooting: You analyze deep networking and routing issues and solve challenges sovereignly. Teamwork & Presales: You work closely with our network and infrastructure teams. Optionally, you also support in the presales and advise customers technically sound.

Education & experience: You have an IT security study or comparable skills – it is important that you bring a solid foundation. We require at least five years of hand-on experience in Network & Security (routing, switching, firewalling). Experiences with Prisma products or in the Presales are a plus. Palo Alto Expertise: You are well familiar with Palo Alto firewalls and ideally also with panoramic views. Experience with Prisma Access / SASE is an advantage. Certifications: Ideally, you bring PCNSE or PCNSA – or you want to reach them quickly. First cloud experiences (Azure, AWS, GCP) complete your profile. Working: You work independently, structured, service-oriented and see challenges as exciting tasks. Languages & driving licence: You speak German and English fluently and have a class B licence.
