Own-sponsored takeover of project management and management of new and remodeling projects in all phases of the project according to AHO and HOAI Support for tenders and preparation of the commissioning of planning and construction services Active control and interface management of internal and external project participants Project controlling to comply with dates, costs and quality Project reporting for the documentation of planning progress and planning results

You have a successfully completed study of architecture, civil engineering or economic engineering Practical experience in project management/management of special properties Knowledge of technical building equipment is desirable You work quickly into new projects and technical problems and know how to analyze and edit them in a structured manner As a member of a team you appreciate the work of your colleagues and like to build on this You work independently and aim-oriented and always have the dates, quality and cost objectives in mind You are strong in communication and possess a sovereign appearance
