Development: You design and develop robust, scalable web applications and service-oriented interfaces to integrate complex business logic across different project contexts. Legacy systems and inventory applications are maintained and technologically developed by you.

Operation & Support: You are a technical contact person in third-level support, analyzes technical requirements, identify causes of incidents and proactively assists in solution discovery and release planning within the projects. In doing so, you bring your experience into incident-response processes, including escalation, communication with stakeholders and documentation.

Database architecture: You take over the planning, management and optimization of our databases. Your focus is on both the efficiency and scalability of the systems to meet future applications.

Coordination: You coordinate your tasks within the team by implementing technical specifications in clear and structured sprint phases and keeping the project objectives in mind.

Requirements analysis: In direct exchange with internal stakeholders, you evaluate new technical and technical requirements, translate them into sustainable solution concepts and introduce you to the planning.

Documentation: You create and care our development documentation and ensure that knowledge remains sustainably secured and accessible at any time.

Long-standing experience: You have completed a computer science study or comparable training and have at least five years of experience in the backend development in the PHP environment.

Development Know How: You have profound experiences with PHP (versions 7.3 to 8.4), PHP frameworks (Symfony, Laravel, Slim etc.), database administration with MySQL, SOAP web services and JSON APIs.

Teamwork: You have experience in work and communication within development teams (Git/GitLab, SCRUM).

Quality assurance: Automated testing is not a foreign word for you and you could already get to know various techniques (e.g. Codeception). In addition, you conduct code reviews independently to maintain the code quality. You quickly and solution-oriented on technical incidents and take over the implementation of critical hotfixes to ensure system stability.

Frameworks: You have extensive practical experience in dealing with PHP frameworks (e.g. Symfony, Laravel) and are familiar with modern package management systems such as Composer.

Analytical skills: You have a quick understanding and can quickly work into new topics. Work independently in an experienced team completes your profile.

Location: You can work from home throughout Germany.

Language level: German language skills that are reliable for negotiation complete your profile optimally (mind. C2)
