Team Leader Scan and Document Service (m/f/d)

In your role, you take the personal and professional leadership of our organizational unit. A central part of your tasks are regular employee talks, including feedback, salary and personnel development talks. In addition, you continuously support the personal and professional training of our employees. You plan, control and prioritize production and regularly carry out status meetings to make the current status as well as the further preview transparent. With a clear look for optimization potentials, you contribute to the efficiency increase of existing processes and actively contribute to strategic and operational projects. Last but not least, you agree closely with customers: inside and inside interfaces, especially in terms of production planning, quality assurance and the implementation of new requirements.

Successfully completed technical or commercial training, complemented by experience in production planning and control as well as in the management of employees. Of advantage: good IT knowledge in terms of hardware and software as well as know-how about production processes and digitalization technologies, preferably in a scan service provider. Found experience in dealing with customers:inside and in project management. Organisational skills combined with a pronounced focus on results and problem-solving competence and decision-making capability.
