Head and organisation of care in coordination with the nursing director and in collaborative cooperation with the chief physician:inside Ensuring professional, patient-oriented and quality-oriented health care in compliance with all existing standards and the further development of quality and care Personnel planning, personnel acquisition and personnel development taking into account budget and other operational requirements Ensuring an economic personnel deployment planning in compliance with care, legal requirements, collective agreements and operational agreements In absence, you represent the nursing director at Heidberg

You have completed vocational training in nursing as well as strong leadership experience You have successfully completed a degree in nursing management You have management experience with a responsibility area > 200 employees: You are creative, communicative, conflictable and possess the ability to perform in situ and cooperatively You convince by above-average readiness You are strong in implementing innovative measures and structural changes You have a high level of expertise and are able to initiate, accompany and evaluate change processes You have very good IT knowledge (MS Office, SP-Expert, SAP, prospective M-KIS) You can inspire people and translate the existing corporate goals to the respective work area
