Developing new strategies to inspire young people, especially for industrial training Accompanying our trainees - from the first contact, the training period to the successful completion of training Organisation and implementation of internal, standardised training measures and audit preparation measures Responsibility for ensuring the implementation of operational training plans and implementation of training contents in practice Creation and establishment of learning objectives, success controls and performance assessments to ensure the appropriate training in the field of industrial applications Active planning and participation in training fairs and school events as well as cooperation with external institutions (vocational schools, IHK, ABZ etc.)

Complete vocational training in the construction industry with training as:to master:in or polish:in Alternatively completed commercial training or completed studies with the focus of psychology, social education or equivalent Sufficient experience in comparable function desirable Training according to AEVO or the willingness to acquire this qualification in a timely manner Educational skills and a good wire to young people Patience and empathy as well as pronounced organisational skills Driving licence Class B Knowledge of how to handle MS-Office Fun at work and a passion to inspire young people for the construction industry
