Commercial Employee as Dispatcher Logistics/Transport (m/w/d)

Our client is a large medium-sized group of companies with international orientation and over 100 years of history. The industrial company is an Tier 1 supplier in the automotive sector, produces at various locations in Europe and overseas and supplies all well-known automotive manufacturers. Our client is known for its innovative strength and growth, but also for its designated employee orientation and promotion. In this position, you are responsible for the organisation and control of the transport flows via the logistics hub in Germany from and to the further locations in Europe and overseas. Their tasks include the organisation and follow-up of road and sea freight transport, the calculation and optimization of cargo and the management of logistics service providers. Planning and coordination of road transport between different European countries and the Logistics-HUB Monitoring and tracking of shipments including complaint management Cooperation with various internal units and external logistics service providers to meet transport requirements Administration and follow-up of all import and export declarations Reporting on transport and logistics activities and implementation of performance indicators and optimization potentials

Completed commercial training in freight forwarding or logistics or an economic study with a focus on logistics First professional experience in a comparable position in transport Knowledge of international trade and customs processes desirable Team player with good communication skills, especially in English Dynamic, self-motivated and well-organized personality
