Projektmanager (m/w/d)

Plankstadt near Heidelberg and Mannheim immediately Full time fixed-term Discipline of a team of about 15 employees in analytical development with the following tasks:

Date-compliant, GMP-compliant implementation and evaluation of the testing of development batches, stability tests and clinical test samples of development and transfer products incl. Assessment of deviations and approval (according to § 14 AMWHV) Ensuring and approval of all documents necessary for the laboratory testing of development/TT products, in particular test instructions, test protocols and specifications Implementation and evaluation of stability studies in coordination with stability management Ensuring the validated state of methods and laboratory equipment and compliance with relevant pharmacopoeia requirements in the field of analytical development Leadership and development of employees in the area Representation of Head of Analytical Development

Extensive experience in the (Pharma) laboratory environment Extensive knowledge and practical experience in the development and validation of analytical methods (e.g. HPLC, GC, IR, dissolution tests etc.) Ideally first leadership experience Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Structured working and analytical thinking Embossed ability to define / optimize processes Loadability, responsibility as well as planning and organizational skills Communication and team skills
