To strengthen our Transaction Advisory Services team at the Hamburg site, we are looking for you for at least 6-12 months, also longer! Learn how your engagement in working on small and midsize transactions becomes effective for private equity clients and strategists. From day 1 to, you are a full-fledged team member and support our experienced colleagues in purchasing and sales due diligence projects, for example as part of a buy and build strategy of our private equity clients. You will receive valuable practical insights into corporate transactions in the context of M&A processes and can actively cooperate here. As part of the analysis of historical and current business figures, you will support our project teams and will also actively participate in reporting in predominantly English. We use up-to-date tools including AI and analyze corporate data with the help of Power BI Tools and prepare them in an effective and appealing way. You will also gain insights into planning models and learn Financial Modelling. You also conduct research and analysis on your own and visualize your work results in reports and presentations in German and English.

You are studying economic, financial or engineering, ideally with a focus on finance, controlling or accounting, and have first practical experiences, e.g. in the form of internships in this or similar field. In addition to above-average study performances, you’ll show a passion for analytics and numbers, have fun of variety and are safe in dealing with MS Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint). You can also communicate safely in German and English.
