Development and optimization of HR data analysis and dashboards that support management in strategic decisions Developing our HR reporting to the next level by developing innovative solutions and standards Identification, development and analysis of relevant HR-KPIs for the generation of valuable knowledge that the company is advancing Implementation of ad hoc evaluations and trend analyses Designing personnel planning in close cooperation with HR Business partners
Completed studies from the fields of business, IT, business analytics or a comparable discipline Multiannual professional experience in a comparable role in the environment of HR Analytics or HR Controlling Secure handling of MS Office, HR systems, SQL and data visualization tools Strong analytical skills and IT affinity Embossed communication and presentation strength Professional experience in project management and outstanding skills in stakeholder management
