As a *engaged foreman/team managerin cleaning (m/w/d)**, you can help our patients feel comfortable in a well-maintained and safe environment. With your application you will make an important contribution to health and recovery - responsibly, reliable and with a view to details.

Your main tasks

• Responsibility for the implementation, compliance and further development of cleaning standards and hygiene concepts
• Regular control of object and quality standards
• Coordination and monitoring of all operations (basic and special cleaning)
• Ensuring the cost-effectiveness of your area- hour maintenance and control of cost development
• Creation of schedules, holiday plans and proofs of hours
• First contact for the clinic and the staff

Your profile

• Completed training in the field of building cleaning or facility management desirable but not absolutely necessary

• Multiannual professional experience in a comparable position

• Embossed organizational and enforcement skills

• Knowledge of common hygiene standards and regulations

• German in word and writing

• You work in full time (39 hours) in alternating layer

• Layers on weekends and holidays are part of our greenhouse

• The care of the kitas in the vicinity of the clinic, as well as the staff specifically used there, is also one of your tasks

• Due to the location of the clinic as well as the paths, driving licence and car are advantageous
