In this position, you assume the holistic responsibility for the development process of high-end running shoes – from the first idea to the market-ready product. Together with an interdisciplinary team, you bring design, function and quality into line and ensure that our vision comes to the streets. Project control: holistic coordination of the development process from the concept phase to the Confirmation Sample. Interface management: Close cooperation with design, product management, development as well as material and manufacturing partners. Requirement translation: implementation of briefings in technical specifications and development parameters. Quality assurance: Examination and approval of all patterns taking into account functionality, design, costs and schedule. Process optimization: Continuous further development of materials and processes in terms of performance, sustainability and efficiency.

Complete studies in footwear technology, product development, engineering, sports technology or a comparable field Multiannual expertise in the development of performance shoes, ideally focusing on the running segment Deep knowledge of materials, manufacturing technologies and development processes of the shoe industry Safe handling of CAD systems, development software and technical specification tools Experience in cooperation with global production partners, especially in Asia Standing for occasional missions
