You will be part of the In-Exkasso team in the Finance Operations department at the Hamburg location. Colleagues are responsible for the technical payment transactions/in-exkasso as well as for all insurance contracts of the Viridium Group. You process payment-relevant business incidents from the daily business (contributions, services, policy loans, contribution depots, repurchases etc.), control the dunning and ensure a smooth flow of payment - from the debit to the debit. You work closely with the main accounting, create reporting and ensure proper documentation. In addition, the team accompanies IT-sided changes through technical tests and releases, actively participates in projects and takes responsibility in the context of stock migrations - from analysis to data acquisition to productive implementation on our platform. With increasing sovereignty in dealing with operational processes, you gradually take over the team's professional leadership by guiding and accompanying its work professionally, clarifying complex issues and supporting the department management in its management tasks. Foundation: You have a completed commercial training (or a corresponding degree) and bring relevant, multiannual experience in the technical payment/discount collection with specialist focus: You are saddle-proof in the handling of operational booking processes; Knowledge of accounting is not required Tech-Skills: You have well-founded user knowledge in SAP FS-CD (Must Have) and have a pronounced affinity for IT-supported financial processes Design mentality: You are delighted to not only serve IT applications, but also actively shape and optimize their professional and process architecture Personality: You bring the necessary personal maturity and reflectivity to professionally guide an experienced team and act as a stable anchor point Language skills: You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing (C2)
