Since August 1, 2024, neurosurgery at the Harzklinikum has been an independent department and is responsible for all three locations of the clinic. Neurosurgery in Quedlinburg covers the entire spectrum of cranial and spinal neurosurgery and offers highly specialized operations in this field. There is close cooperation with the University Hospital of Neurosurgery in Magdeburg.

Your tasks - clear and clear

· A responsible position as a specialist in neurosurgery with the option to a doctor's office · Supply of neurosurgery patients in close cooperation with colleagues in orthopaedics and trauma surgery, neurology and other specialist departments · Participation in interdisciplinary cooperation with other departments · Participation in the training of assistant physicians · A varied activity with great scope for action and the possibility to actively shape your workplace

· A completed specialist training of neurosurgery · Experience in performing neurosurgery interventions with the possibility of developing and expanding the spectrum through daily operational use · Interest in professional development and responsibility in the position of the doctor · High social competence and empathy in dealing with patients and their relatives · Ability to team-oriented, interprofessional and constructive cooperation · Support for the further development of the range of services of the Department of Neurosurgery · Willingness to work in an interdisciplinary manner and to participate in the shift and service system (competence and call readiness service)
