Team Leader Quality Management (m/f/d)

The aim is to develop, implement and monitor strategies that sustain quality in the AMEOS region South. Development, implementation and continuous monitoring of an effective cross-device quality management system based on the applicable DIN ISO standards Technical design space for controlling and monitoring digital solutions in the area of quality management and quality assurance in the facilities of the AMEOS Region South Strategic planning and implementation of internal and external measures for quality assurance and risk and complaint management Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, in particular the structural requirements of the Joint Federal Committee (G-BA) Identification and analysis of risks: systematic collection, assessment and prioritisation of potential clinical and organisational risks. Continuous monitoring, analysis and interpretation of quality and risk data Implementation of risk audits and missions: regular internal controls, audit of processes and derivation of measures. Care of clinical risk management: development, implementation and continuous development of the risk management system. Identification of potential for improvement and further development of QM processes in the sense of a lived quality culture Training, coaching and consulting employees on QM methods, standards and guidelines Coordination of CIRS (Critical Incident Reporting System): Control and Evaluation of Reports of Critical Events, Abduction of Prevention Measures. Participation in MD and LOPS exams Leadership and guidance of interdisciplinary teams and working groups for the continuous optimization of processes and results

Successfully completed medical and commercial training, or comparable qualification Professional experience in quality management, ideally in health care, and good knowledge in developing a quality management system Knowledge of DIN ISO standards and G-BA structural requirements Experience in conducting audits and dealing with certification bodies desirable Very good organizational skills and a structured way of working Embossed communication skills, team spirit and practical knowledge in process optimization Strategic thinking as well as an independent and independent way of working
