Senior Appointment Planner/ Project Manager – Plant Engineering (m/f/d)

Self-employed creation, follow-up and control of the project structure plan as well as the scheduling of complex projects in plant engineering as well as future-oriented decarbonization and hydrogen plants - taking into account customer-specific framework conditions coordination and integration of all relevant disciplines, including the analysis of critical paths and buffer times Development and continuous optimization of appointment control processes along the entire project cycle Ensuring compliance with technical functions, procedures and dates Conception and development of holistic commissioning concepts in the planning phase Creating precise and time-critical progress reports that serve as a basis for decision-making for internal and external stakeholders Moderation and participation in regular appointment and process planning workshops with the construction site team, customers and project partners – both nationally and in neighbouring European countries Checking the construction progress on site at the construction site

Complete technical studies (e.g. mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, construction engineering) or comparable technical training with corresponding professional experience Insufficient professional experience in scheduling complex plant projects Knowledge of the implementation of the DCMA 14 standard Experience in creating customized reports/ Dashboard documents Extensive knowledge in handling planning software MS Project Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint to create planning documents, reports, dashboards, logistics plans and sketches Proactive approach in the analysis of complex facts and the development of appropriate solutions Safe occurrence in cooperation with various project participants – from engineering to construction site team to customer Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing readiness to travel for occasional construction sites visits in Germany and abroad
