Reference number 2129 To strengthen our team we are looking for an in the Faculty of Economics on 01.01.2027 Researcherin (w/m/d) at the Chair of Business Administration, in particular Human Resources and Organisation Full time (39.83 hours per week) limited (up to 29.02.2028, extension up to 28.02.2030 with 50% possible) in the remuneration group E 13 TV-L As the only state university in the German language area, we have experienced lifelong learning for 50 years. Cooperation in the scientific research of the leading phenomenon Formulation of scientific or science-based texts and accompanying materials Participation in the transfer of scientific findings into various media formats (print, social media, audio and video formats) under target group-oriented content, language and design preparation Participation in the chair tasks (up to 29.02.2028) Cooperation with external cooperation partners Safe handling of AI tools to support scientific and organizational tasks

You have completed a Master's degree degree with a predicate, preferably in Business Administration / Economics or Psychology / Economic Psychology. A focus on behaviour is assumed; a guide-related focus is desirable. You have demonstrably deepened, current knowledge of leadership research and are familiar with methods of empirical social research. You are strong in communication and already have first experiences in the multimedia transfer of scientific texts into management practice, preferably by work samples. You have practical experience in maintaining websites, ideally with WordPress. You have German knowledge at native language level in word and writing, as well as excellent English knowledge.

We offer you a place for your own scientific qualification with a contract term up to and including 29.02.2028 (full time with 100%). Further employment is planned to achieve your qualification objective or further scientific qualification (50 % to 28.02.2030). The opportunity for promotion is given. Place of work is Hagen.
