Processing and coordination of service and warranty requests Examination and processing of warranty cases and warranty requests Communication with customers, traders and service partners Technical and commercial clarification of complaints Recording, testing and processing of spare parts orders Determination and selection of suitable spare parts using spare parts catalogues and technical documentation Creation and processing of offers and orders Coordination with design, development, assembly, spare parts and service Technical error analysis and solution finding support Documentation of service cases, complaints and warranty cases Tracking open processes and ensuring timely processing Support in optimizing service and spare parts processes

Completed commercial or technical training, ideally related to agricultural technology Professional experience in agricultural machinery, agricultural engineering, customer service, spare parts or service Good technical understanding and interest in agricultural machinery Experience in handling spare parts catalogues and technical documentation desirable Ideal knowledge in the area of warranty and warranty Secure handling of MS Office and modern ERP systems Structured, careful and independent operation Communication strength and friendly, binding occurrence High sense of responsibility and strong customer orientation Team skills and joy in cooperation with various disciplines
