Location control: You are responsible for the operational and organizational management of the entire logistics site with about 20 to 40 employees. Process optimization: You analyze processes and implement improvements that increase stability, efficiency and quality. Team leadership: You lead your team clearly and in partnership and promote cooperation and further development. KPI- & Budget Control: You control KPIs, costs and forecasts and ensure transparent, reliable results. Stakeholder management: You provide clear communication with customers: internal interfaces, English and German Safety & quality standards: You ensure compliance with all policies and actively develop standards.

Professional experience: multi-year professional experience in operational logistics as well as experience in leading larger teams, ideally in the technical environment or with sensitive electronic components. for example as a logistics manager:in or deputy:r Education: Completed studies in logistics, economic engineering, supply chain management or a comparable discipline. Process & Methods Knowledge: Routine in Operational Control, Process Optimization, KPI Work and Lean Methods as well as High Commercial Understanding. IT knowledge: Very good SAP and MS office knowledge as well as experience with logistics systems. Language knowledge: Very good German and very good English skills. Your personality: desire a highly dynamic and fast environment where hand-on mentality and flexibility are needed.
