Complete university studies as a civil engineer (Bachelor/Diplom-FH) with a focus on constructive engineering or comparable qualifications Expertise in the project planning of HOAI in the performance phases 1-9 Expertise in procurement law (contracting and contract regulations VOB and HOAI) Technical knowledge of the relevant technical regulations of constructive engineering and professional experience in engineering or construction That would be desirable: Skills and knowledge in specialist data processing and safe handling of MS Office German language skills Class B driving licence and the readiness to operate a service vehicle
