Disciplinary and professional management of the Planning & Reporting function area within the Controlling department Conception, implementation and further development of planning and reporting tools as well as methods and instruments of cost and performance accounting Overall coordination of group-wide planning and forecasting, as well as coordination of tasks in controlling for the creation of monthly and annual accounts Regular reporting of parameters, including performance of deviation analyses and derivation of strategic action options Automation of processes in cost and performance accounting Analysis and evaluation of complex business issues and the creation of decision-making templates Interpretation of complex data and derivation of recommendations for measures to optimize earnings

Degree in Economics, Business Informatics and Engineering Long-term professional experience in a comparable position with personnel responsibility and relevant expertise in controlling Deep knowledge in business and value creation processes, accounting and International Business Communication Standards (IBCS) Affinity for figures and understanding of business relationships routine in the application of reporting instruments (internal/external) and in planning Versified handling of MS Office, SAP (cross-module), Analytics for Excel, Zebra BI and Power BI Enforcement, commitment, leadership, willingness to design, communication skills, team spirit, sense of responsibility and reliability
