Responsible handling of demanding construction projects in track construction Work preparation and independent organization of construction sites Creation of supply calculations for track construction projects, including quantity and cost determination Examination and evaluation of tender documents and the development of economic variants Collection, testing and evaluation of offers from suppliers and subcontractors Creation of quote calculations, target-actual comparisons and post-calculations for economic project management Accounting of construction projects and the creation and enforcement of grants

Graduate in the field of civil engineering, comparable course of study or further education for technicians or Master Ideally, professional experience in a comparable position, for example in the construction line and/or costing in track, underground or engineering construction Safe handling of tender documents, performance directories and construction costs and quantity determination Economic thinking and a structured, independent and targeted way of working Good communication skills and negotiation skills in handling clients, suppliers and subcontractors Teamability, Enforcement and Mobility control of the usual computer applications; Experience with costing, billing and tendering software is advantageous
