Become a part of Getinge as Team Leader Sourcing (m/w/d). The team leader Sourcing is responsible for developing and implementing product group strategies as well as supporting new development projects to ensure efficient, cost-effective and resilient procurement processes. The role is driving market and supplier analyses, supplier selection and cross-functional coordination to ensure security of supply, manage risks and increase competitiveness. A central focus is on proactive risk management within the supplier base. In close cooperation with internal stakeholders and strategic partners, the role contributes to innovation, regulatory compliance, sustainability goals and long-term value creation in the responsible product groups.

Professional and disciplinary leadership, coaching and further development of a shopping team of approx. 9 employees, including performance management and talent development Identification, Priority and Implementation of Cost Saving Initiatives Ensuring the effective implementation of the NPI process taking into account sourcing strategies, risk management and cost transparency, including make-or-buy decisions Implementation of local product group strategies with tactical and strategic measures and integrated risk management Active stakeholder management and close cooperation with engineering, operations, quality and finance; critical questioning of assumptions to ensure optimal business results Implementation of comprehensive ESG screenings according to group objectives Management of risks in the supply chain to ensure business continuity Promoting the use and continuous development of digital procurement processes and tools (e.g. SAP, Power BI and AI solutions) Who we are looking for: At Getinge we are looking for passionately committed and motivated employees who take responsibility for their personal development and strive for excellence. completed bachelor's or master's degree in business, supply chain management, engineering or a comparable discipline; CIPS or ISM certification at least 5 years of professional experience in purchasing, of which at least 2 years in a leadership or project management function; Experience in medical technology or other regulated industries and knowledge of relevant quality standards (e.g. ISO 13485) desirable Detectional successes in the realization of cost savings and in the management of complex purchasing initiatives Embossed project management competencies Knowledge in SAP and Power BI as well as a high affinity for digital tools and data-based decision-making High commitment, especially in challenging situations Innovation- and solution-oriented thinking with openness for new approaches and continuous improvement Strategic thinking beyond its own sphere of responsibility and a holistic entrepreneurial perspective Impressed communication and negotiation capabilities with enforcement strength Cooperative, team-oriented leadership style that creates trust, promotes cooperation and empowers employees to benefit
