Working Student Recruiting (m/f/d)

Applicant Management: You are responsible for the entire application process for your jobs, coordinate appointments, conduct independent job interviews, and ensure professional communication with applicants. Stakeholder vote: You regularly vote with the recruiting team as well as your recruiting partners and ensure that all relevant information is collected in the recruiting process. Job advertisements: You create, publish and manage our job advertisements on different platforms. Campaign management: You support the construction, tracking and control of our recruiting campaigns. Performance Analysis: You are generating recruiting metrics, analyzing the performance of individual positions, and thereby taking concrete measures to optimize them. Process optimization: You analyze existing processes and develop your own ideas to make our recruiting processes even more efficient, more transparent and targeted. Responsibility in day-to-day business: You take your own projects in recruiting and support the team not only operationally, but also conceptually and strategically.

You are a enrolled student (m/w/d) of Business Administration, Business Psychology, Human Resources Management or a comparable degree program. You have already gained well-founded practical experience in recruiting, in particular in conducting job interviews You are available on at least three days for 20 hours a week. You have extensive communication skills in Word & Writing (very good knowledge of German, at least. C1 to GER). You have a quick understanding, analytical thinking and interest in not only recording key figures, but to derive concrete measures from them. You have very good MS Office skills, especially in Outlook, Teams and Excel, and are safe to use AI tools like copilot or ChatGPT. Ideally, you are familiar with our Recruiting tool Softgarden.
